海岸带生态系统安全评价及指标体系研究——以胶州湾为例

Index system of coastal ecosystem security evaluation——a case in Jiaozhou Bay

通过分析现状,建立了包括压力、状态、响应三个子系统40个指标的海岸带生态系统安全评价指标体系,并分别采用综合指数法和模糊评价法进行了定量评价。结果表明,过去10 a胶州湾海岸带生态安全状况,整体呈"下降—好转"趋势,在压力子系统逐年下降的情况下,状态子系统乃至整个生态安全的综合指数却呈现好转趋势,证明响应子系统中政策、法规的实施,对状态的回转有较为积极的促进作用。也说明状态对于响应的反映存在滞后性。

Through analyzing the status in the coastal zone,The index system of evaluation on coastal zone ecosystem security was developed,which contains 3 subsystems and calculates the security index（SI）.The results showed that the status of ecosystem security in Jiaozhou Bay is from the declining to the improving.The state subsystem and whole ecosystem show the change to the better trend when the pressure subsystem is dropping.This proves that the implementation of the policies,laws and regulations has a more positive role in promoting the changes of states.It also showed that the status to the response must have the characteristic of lag.
