可持续发展视角下的北京水资源承载力研究

A Research on Water Resource Carrying Capacity of Beijing from the View of Sustainable Development

随着城市人口的增长及城市规模的迅速扩张,城市资源的承载力对于城市发展的重要性引起人们的高度关注。城市的资源承载能力能否与城市可持续发展目标相协调,关系到城市发展的前景。本文旨在从支撑城市人口及经济社会活动可持续发展的水资源要素出发,系统界定城市水资源承载力的核心内涵,以期为政府制定、调整和落实城市可持续发展的各项政策措施提供参考。

With the rapid expansion of the city＇s population and city size,the carrying capacity of urban resources for urban development becomes a great concern.Whether the carrying capacity of the city＇s resources could coordinate with the urban sustainable development goals related to urban development prospects and its ability to achieve sustainable development goals.The paper aims at systematically defining the core concept of Water Resources Carrying Capacity（WRCC）,refining the main factors of WRCC,conceiving the structural model of WRCC,analyzing the function mechanisms of WRCC,designing the evaluation indicators framework,making out the counterpart early-warning tactics and selecting target city to make the positive research according to the key elements to support the sustainable development of the urban population and social economic activities.
