摘要
本文从读音、意义等角度讨论北京话"刷白"的来源问题,认为北京话"刷白"是述补短语"刷白"词汇化的结果,"刷"的去声读音是"伪入声"的表现,与现代汉语中常用的"煞白"具有不同的来源。
On the basis of studies of pronunciation,meanings and usages,this paper discusses the origin of the adjective ＂shuabai（刷白）＂in Beijing Speech.It is thought that ＂shuabai（刷白）＂is derived from the VP structure,which has the same surface with the adjective,through the way of lexicalization,and the Falling Tone pronunciation of＂shua（刷）＂shows the trace of Fake Entering Tone.And ＂Shuabai（刷白）＂ in Beijing Speech has diferrent origin with ＂shabai（煞白）＂,which is used more often in contemporary Chinese than the former.
