摘要 小麦叶枯病是限制小麦高产稳产的主要病害之一,在我国该病害的发生呈上升趋势。对其病原菌生理分化、寄主范围和致病性研究,以及小麦抗叶枯病资源筛选、鉴定技术、抗病基因遗传、分子标记在小麦抗叶枯病的应用等方面进行综述,并对目前小麦抗叶枯病育种研究中存在的问题和抗叶枯病QTL研究提出一些思考。 Helminthosporium Leaf Blotch is a serious disease of wheat cultivation as well as a limit to the continuously and stably high yield of wheat production in the world.HLB epidemic trend in China is getting up in recent years.In the paper,the progress of physiological specialization,host range,pathogenicity of Bipolaris sorokiniana and resistant wheat resources screening,identification technique,resistant gene analysis to the disease was summarized.Molecular marker and its utilization in wheat HLB disease were also reviewed here.Questions existed in wheat resistance breeding now to HLB was listed so as to improve HLB control in the future.There were also suggestions about the study on enhancing QTL analysis with molecular markers for wheat resistance traits to the disease.
