摘要
在分析三坐标测量机现有运动控制系统的基础上,根据被控对象的特点和实际要求,进行多轴运动控制系统的软硬件设计,以实现多轴运动的精确控制。试验证明,系统可对各运行轴的运动进行控制,且精度和安全均能满足实际要求,具有良好的可行性。
On the basis of the analysis of the existing motion control system of coordinate measuring machine and the characteristics of controlled object and the actual requirements,the design of hardware and software for a multi-axis motion control system was conducted to achieve a precise multi-axis motion control.The experiment result shows that the system has good feasibility in that it can control various motivating axis and the precision and safety can meet the actual demand.
