摘要 农作物组织培养实验室对温度、湿度等参数的要求非常严格,而国内现有的监控系统性能较差。针对组织培养室温度、湿度检测和控制特点,详细介绍监控系统的软件和硬件设计思路。性能测试试验表明,监控系统适用性强、使用方便、性能稳定,能够基本满足设计要求。多参数控制设计是下一步的研究方向。 Tissue culture lab exerts strict control over many parameters,such as temperature and humidity while the performance of present domestic monitoring system is not so good.This article deals with the design of the software and hardware of the newly devised monitoring system in terms of the temperature,humidity and the control characters of the tissue culture lab.The performance test shows that this monitoring system has a strong adaptability and stability and it has met the design requirement.
