摘要
运用RSR法,结合医院每季度的“文明单位”的考核评比活动,将医院“四大系统”即门、急诊部、住院部临床科室(病区)、住院部医技科室、后勤工作质量的考核评分加以统计处理,把每个系统的各个科室进行分等(优、良、中、差);并对其结果进行显著性检验,差异具有显著性。旨在为医院内部管理提供科学依据,使医院管理进一步向科学化、规范化、量化发展、完善。
In this article, With RSR (Rank sum ratio) method, according to their qualities, the every department of the four systems in our hospital was classified into various grades. The result shown that there was different between the grades. The article provides dependencies for hospital inner management.
