西沙比利对结肠镜检查术前肠道准备的影响

THE ROLE OF CISAPRIDE IN THE COLONIC PREPARATION OF PRE-COLONOSCOPY

目的：观察西沙比利对结肠镜检查术前肠道准备的影响。方法：患者４１６例，随机分为４组。Ⅰ～Ⅳ组肠道准备方法分别是：蓖麻油＋洗肠液；西沙比利片（西沙比利片１５ｍｇ，３次／ｄ，３ｄ）＋洗肠液；西沙比利片（西沙比利片１５ｍｇ，３次／ｄ，１ｄ）＋洗肠液；西沙比利片（西沙比利片１０ｍｇ，３次／ｄ，３ｄ）＋蓖麻油＋洗肠液。结果：４种肠道准备方法肠道清洁率无显著性差异，但Ⅱ、Ⅲ组方法腹痛发生率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ组。Ⅰ、Ⅳ组中便秘患者的肠道清洁率，Ⅳ组明显高于Ⅰ组。结论：非便秘患者Ⅰ组肠道准备方法较适宜，而便秘患者Ⅳ的肠道准备方法较适宜，西沙比利可以提高便秘患者肠道清洁度。

Objective:To probe the role of Cisapride in the colonic preparation of pre-colonoscopy.Methods:416 cases were randomized four groups (Ⅰ～Ⅳ),the ways of colonic preparation were:Costor oil+irrigating liquid.Cisapride (15mg Tid for three days)+irrigating liquid;Cisapride (15mg Tid×1day)+irrigating liquid;Cisapride(10mg Tid×3days)+Costor oil+irrigating liquid in groups Ⅰ～Ⅳ respectively.Results:The colonic clean rate were non-significantly in groups Ⅰ～Ⅳ,but the abdominal pain rate in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than in groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ;The colonic clean rate of patients with constipation in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than group Ⅰ.Conclusion:The way in group Ⅰ was suitable for patients with no constipation,the way in group Ⅳ was suitable for patients with constipation,Cisapride may improve the colonic clean rate in patients with constipation.
