摘要
对自行设计的无阀自激连续供应燃气和空气的亥姆霍兹型脉动燃烧器频率特性进行了研究。通过理论分析,建立了零维理论模型,该模型考虑了燃烧器结构和尾管传热对运行特性的影响。通过模型推导得到了燃烧器运行频率的计算式。实验研究了燃烧器热负荷、过量空气系数、尾管长度对运行频率的影响,结果表明:频率随过量空气系数和尾管长度的增加而减少,随热负荷的增加而增加。实验结果与理论计算频率值基本一致,验证了理论分析的正确性。
The frequency characteristics of the Helmholtz-type valveless self-excited pulse combustor with continuous supply of gas and air were investigated in this paper. A zero-dimensional theoretical model was established. The effects of the combustor construction and heat transfer of tailpipe on the operating characteristics were considered. On the basis of the mathematical model, the frequency of operation for the pulse combustor was derived. The effects of the excess air ratio, tailpipe length and heat load on the frequency of operation were studied by the experiment. The results show that the frequency of operation decreases with the increase of excess air ratio and tailpipe length, and increases with heat load. The experimental results are in substantial agreement with the theoretical frequency of operation, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
