摘要
运用模拟仿真软件对ADC12铝合金汽车齿轮室液态压铸充型过程中的流场、温度场进行了多组正交试验模拟仿真,并对缺陷的分布情况进行了分析,进而从多组试验参数中找出汽车齿轮室最优的压铸工艺参数,然后进行了实验验证。通过计算机数值模拟可以评价及优化工艺参数,从而实现缩短铝合金压铸件的试制与工艺定型周期,生产出品质优良的产品。
The temperature field and velocity field during mold filling were simulated with the aided software for ADC12 die-casting gear box of automobile.Distribution of defects of casting was analyzed, and the optimal die casting process parameters were obtained from the orthogonal test results,then experiment verification has been done.The process parameters can be evaluated and optimized by using of computer simulation,therefore to help shorten the design process period of aluminum die-casting,and of course,make better castings.
