原发性肝癌患者手术前后外周血T细胞亚群变化分析

ANALYSIS ON THE CHANGES OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD T CELLS SUBGROUP AMONG PATIENTS OF PRIMARY LIVER CANCER BEFORE AND AFTER OPERATION

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者手术前后外周血Ｔ细胞亚群变化。方法利用抗人Ｔ细胞单克隆抗体ＯＫＴ系统进行检测。结果原发性肝癌术前组、术后组Ｔ３值明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；术前、术后组Ｔ４值和Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值显著低于术后组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；术前组Ｔ４值和Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值显著低于术后组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；术前组Ｔ３值与术后组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

Objective To investigate the change of peripheral blood T cells subgroup among patients of primary liver cancer (PLC) before and after operation. Methods We dctected these peripheral blood T cells subgroup using OKT system of anti human T cell monoclonal antibody .Results T 3 values of both preoperative group and postoperative group were significantly lower than that of control group ( P <0.05).T 4 values or T 4/T 3 values of both preoperative group and postoperative group are significant lower than that of control group( P <0.01).There was no significant difference about T 3 value between preoperative group and postoperative group( P >0.05).Conclusions These changes of peripheral blood T cells subgroup among PLC patients before and after operation may reflect the immune state of PLC patients before and after operation.
