我国大陆机构库实践的“冷现象”研究

The Study of "Cold Phenomenon" of Practice of Institutional Repository in China's Mainland

自2004年始,部分学者将国外机构库研究成果引入中国内地,一些高校尝试建设机构库。然而5年来机构库增长速度异常缓慢,OPENDOAR中登记的仅为3家。该文对机构库建设的"冷现象"进行调查研究,分析其形成原因,并提出4点建议以加快我国大陆机构库的建设。

Since the beginning of 2004, some Chinese scholars have introduced the study of institutional repository from aboard. Some colleges and universities in China began to build IR. However five years later, the growth of IR in China's Mainland is unusually slow. There are totally three IR registered in OpenDOAR. In this paper, the author studies the cold phenomenon and analyzes the problems of the practice of IR in China's Mainland, and then puts forward four proposals hopefully to accelerate our country＇s institutional repository development.
