西部地区自然科学地方文献资源的管理运作模式研究

Research on the Management and Operation Modes of the Local Nature Science Literature Resources in Western Region of China

从加强西部地区自然科学地方文献信息资源建设,为西部地区经济、科技、文化发展提供信息资源保障的基本目标出发,在阐述西部地区实体和网络自然科学地方文献资源管理工作的现状,对存在的问题进行分析和归纳的基础上,从收集、整合和服务、共建共享、数字化管理、市场化运作等方面提出了建立西部地区自然科学地方文献资源管理运作模式的基本构想,并且论述了提高西部地区自然科学地方文献资源管理水平的策略和措施。

For the development of science and technology, economy and culture, it is an important premise to build up scientific management and operation modes of local nature science literature resources in order to enhance the organization and exploitation of those resources in western region of China. On the basis of describing the current status of local nature science literature resources, both physical and online, as well as an analysis on the existing problems, this article proposes the basic blueprint from aspects of collection, integration and services, cooperative development and resource sharing, digitalized management and marketing operation thus to establish the management and operation modes of local nature science literature resources in the western region. It also discusses the strategies and measures to improve the management levels of local nature science literature resources.
