摘要 广珠铁路工程桂丹公路特大桥60+100+60 m跨连续箱梁采用后张法预应力体系。为验证纵向预应力孔道摩阻设计参数,正确控制施工张拉力,进行了现场孔道摩阻试验。通过采用最小二乘法得到预应力筋束与管道间的摩阻系数μ和偏差系数k。并与相关规范规定值进行了比较和分析,为施工控制提供了重要参数。 Guidan highway super large bridge of Guangzhu railway engineering is a three-span(60+100+60 m) continuous box girder bridge applying post-tensioned prestress system.In order to validate the friction resistance designing parameter of longitudinal prestressed duct and control the tensile force of construction correctly,the field friction resistance test of prestressed duct was done.The friction resistance coefficient μ between the prestressed steel tendon and the duct and the deviation coefficient k may be obtained through employing least square method.And then the comparison and the analysis were made between the above two coefficients and the regular values in the relative criterion so that the important parameters may be provided for construction control.
