摘要
进行了不同保温措施对混凝土内部温度场影响的仿真分析。结果表明:不同保温措施时混凝土内部温度发展规律基本一致,温度时程可以分为明显的三个阶段。定量研究了保温材料种类、厚度、试件尺寸、混凝土绝热温升和保温时间对混凝土中心和内外温差峰值的影响。研究结果可供混凝土温控防裂施工时采用。
Simulation analysis on temperature field of concrete in different insulation measures is carried out.Test result shows that development of temperature field in different insulation measures is consistent.The process of temperature development can be divided into three phases obviously.Quantitative analysis on the types of insulation materials,thickness,sample size,adiabatic temperature rise and different holding time on the peak value of rising temperature in the center and peak temperature difference of core and surface is conducted.The result can be used in the control of concrete temperature cracking.
