三维编织钢纤维增强混凝土单轴受压本构方程

摘要 三维编织钢纤维增强混凝土(3-D braided steel fiber reinforced concrete,3D-BSFC)是用新工艺研制出的一种纤维三维定向增强混凝土。采用YAW-3000A型伺服式万能试验机对3D-BSFC进行了单轴压缩试验,得到了不同3D-BSFC试件的应力应变全曲线。分析了钢纤维掺量对抗压强度,弹性模量,韧度的影响。经拟合给出了其应力-应变全曲线方程,与试验结果符合较好。分析表明本构方程中参数k1越小,抗压强度fc越大,弹性模量E0越大。k2越小,曲线下降段越平缓。 Developed a new kind of fiber reinforced concrete,namely 3-D braided steel fiber reinforced concrete(3D-BSFC),in which the steel fibers were orthogonally distributed.Uniaxial compression experiments for different 3D-BSFC were conducted by using YAW-3000A multifunction servocontrolled testing machine.Results show that percentage of steel fibers obviously affects the compressive strength,elastic modulus,and toughness.On the basis of the test data the constitutive equations were fitted.These fitted equations shows good consistency with the tested curves.The smaller the constitutive equation parameters k1,the greater the compressive strengthand the elastic modulusis.The smaller the k2,the flatter the descending portion of the curve is.
