摘要
以甲代烯丙基聚乙二醇、马来酸酐、链转移剂为主要原料制备了一种高性能聚醚类减水剂,对该种减水剂的分子结构与性能的关系进行了深入的研究。另外,对制备的高性能聚醚类减水剂与聚酯类减水剂、普通聚醚类减水剂进行了性能对比,试验结果显示:相比普通聚醚类减水剂,高性能聚醚类减水剂具有较好的保坍性、较高的减水率以及较好水泥适应性,其在某些方面的性能甚至优于聚酯类减水剂。
A high performance polyether-type water reducer was synthesized by copolymerizing methallyl polyoxyethylene ether、maleic anhydride and chain-transfer agent,and the relations between molecular structures and properties on the water reducer were studied in detail.Besides,from the comparison of the high performance polyether-type water reducer、polyester-type water reducer and ordinary polyether-type water reducer,we found that:The high performance polyether-type water reducer had fine slump-retaining ability、high water-reducing rate and excellent compatibility with cement,and it's performance in some aspects were even better than the polyester-type water reducer.
