摘要
介绍了所研制的微型蒸汽压缩式单兵空调机组样机,以该机组为原型建立了液冷服散热模型及空气—水空调机组稳态仿真模型,利用液冷服散热模型对液冷背心的参数进行了优化,确定了液冷背心各参数即管路长度、冷却水流量、进口液温等对散热量的相互影响,利用空调机组仿真程序对机组进行了优化并得到了冷凝器长度、蒸发器长度最佳匹配。
A prototype of soldier's miniature vapor compression air-conditioning system was introduced. The heat transfer model for liquid cooling garment and the steady-state model for air-water air-conditioning unit were established. The cooling garment's thermal performance was calculated,and the influences of tube length,cooling water mass flow,inlet water temperature on heat dissipation capacity were discussed. Moreover,the air-conditioning unit was simulated and the lengths of condenser and evaporator were matched optimally.
