管理信息系统和竞争情报系统是现代信息管理的两大模式,两者既有密切的联系又有显著的区别,是组织管理和决策的基础和依据。将管理信息系统和竞争情报系统整合共建是未来企业信息管理模式发展的基本方向。
Management Information System （MIS） and Competitive Information System （CIS） are 2 major models of modern information management.They are closely related with each other while they have distinct difference.They are the basis and foundation for the organizational management and decision-making.Integrating MIS with CIS is the basic direction of the development of the enterprise information management model in the future.
