This article mainly analyzes the quality control method and mechanism of the Sciencepaper Online in China.The article thinks that the Sciencepaper Online in China has different methods to control the papers in different stages of submitting papers,going through them and sending them to the press.It takes the incentive mechanism as the lead and the restriction mechanism as the auxiliary to ensure the effective implementation of the quality control method.On this basis,the authors design an improved method and operational guarantee mechanism for the quality control of e-print archive,and briefly analyzes where Sciencepaper Online in China can improve its quality.
