摘要 在我们进入新世纪的时候,越发发现创造力、新思想的产生以及把这些新思想转为行动的革新(Mumford&G—uStafson,1988)已经成为许多组织的一个关键目标,对组织绩效有着潜在的巨大影响(Arad等,i997;Drazin等,1999;Tushman&0’ReillY,i997)。
