摘要 本文对TG和CHO两种物料的冻干工艺进行了摸索,分析了冻干失败的主要原因,总结了其冷冻干燥过程中冻干工艺的一般原则。 Explores the freeze-drying process of the CHO and TG samples and analyzes the main reasons why the lyophilization failed.Then,the general principle of the freeze-drying process was summed up.
