摘要
通过对棉浆污泥的化学成分分析、保水性试验和植物盆栽试验,研究棉浆污泥的农用安全性、保水性能和对植物生长的影响。结果表明:棉浆污泥具有较高的有机质和氮素含量,但磷和钾的含量较低。重金属含量未超过国家标准。沙土中加入棉浆污泥其保水性能有明显提高。施用棉浆污泥对玉米和大豆植株干重都有显著增加,肥效与所试验的有机肥料效果相当。棉浆污泥对玉米和大豆的出苗无负影响,与微生物肥料混合施用对玉米干重的增加更为显著。棉浆污泥具有明显的保水性和肥效,重金属含量符合国家肥料标准。
The research is aimed at providing a basis for the sludge from cotton pulp utilization on agriculture.The agricultural security,water retention properties and the effects on plant growth for the sludge from cotton pulp were studied by chemical analysis,water retention and plant pot experiments.The results show that: the sludge from cotton pulp has a high organic matter and nitrogen content,but low levels of phosphorus and potassium.The heavy metal contents of the sludge do not exceed the national standard.The Water-retention capacity of sandy soil containing the sludge improved significantly.The plants dry weight of maize and soybeans increases markly,the application effect of the sludge were the same as organic fertilizer.The sludge from cotton pulp has no negative effect on the germination of maize and soybeans,and the effect of sludge mixed with the microbial fertilizer on increasing the dry weight of maize is more significant.The sludge from cotton pulp has significant effects on water retention and fertilizer,in which the contents of heavy metal were in accordance with the national standards of fertilizer.
