餐饮垃圾回收管理的探讨——以武汉市为例

餐饮垃圾长期由餐饮点随意卖给地沟油制造商贩,以至地沟油回流至百姓餐桌,造成社会公共危害,相关管理部门不能忽视这一社会问题。建议地方政府作为担当消除社会公共危害的主导者,应采取措施强制回收处理。

Remnants from dining is sold to manufacturer to make Digou oil for a long time.Then Digou oil is resold to cooking in our life.This has resulted in social harm,which can t be ignored.Local government should manage the collection of remnants from dining because it is its duty to eliminate social harm.
