摘要
用HPLC和分光光度法研究灭螺药物染毒对钉螺可溶性蛋白组分及其活性的作用。1.5 mg/L Nic和100 mg/L SX-I分别浸泡染毒钉螺96 h,色谱分析其可溶性蛋白分别有20种和21种,与对照组的(22种)相近,其中诱导或抑制表达蛋白数分别为8种和5种;酶活力测定表明Nic和SX-I染毒均抑制钉螺AchE、GOT、GPT活性。但Nic的抑制活性大于SX-I,分别达47.34%、59.56%、81.39%。GPT对Nic的敏感性最高。
The chromatography and spectrophotometry method were used to explore the effect of the molluscicides on the soluble protein and its enzymatic activity of Oncomelania hupensis,respectively.The chromatography determination indicated that there were 20 and 21 kinds of the soluble protein in the O.hupensis which were immerged in 1.5 mg/L Nic or 100 mg/L SX-I for 96 hours,respectively,and the number of the kind of the soluble protein was almost equal to that of the control group(22 kinds).But the results also revealed that the kinds of the soluble protein from the O.hupensis immerged in Nic or SX-I which was induced or inhibited were eight and five,respectively;enzymatic activity investigation results showed that both Nic immersion and SX-I immersion could inhibit the enzymatic activity of the AchE,GOT and GPT from O.hupensis,but the result also indicated that the inhibitive effects of the Nic were higher than SX-I.The inhibitory ratio of the Nic on the enzymatic activity of AchE,GOT and GPT from O.hupensis can reach 47.34%,59.56% and 81.39%,respectively.It was showed that GPT from O.hupensis had the highest sensitivity to Nic.
