中性氧化电解水杀菌剂制备新工艺及杀菌作用 被引量:5

New Preparation of Neutral Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water Fungicide and Its Sterilizing Effect

摘要 研究利用单室型电解槽制备新型杀菌剂—中性氧化电解水(NEOW)的新工艺。研究了盐酸浓度、电解时间和电流密度对NEOW性能的影响,确定最佳的工艺条件:最佳盐酸浓度为0.6~1.0 mmol/L,电解时间为30~50 min,电流密度为100~110 mA/cm2。该条件下得到NEOW的pH值在6~8之间,接近中性,易于接受,减少了对金属的腐蚀;ORP值在600~800 mV之间,具有一定的氧化电位,起到物理杀菌作用;ACC值在110~190 mg/L之间,具有高效的化学杀菌作用。 The new technology of the new fungicide—natural electrolyzed oxidizing water(NEOW) was achived using one electrolysis cell.The effects of the content of HCl,electrolysis time and current density on the preparation technology of NEOW were investigated.The results showed that the best technology was the content of HCl was 0.6-1.0 mmol/L,the electrolysis time was 30-50 min and the current density was 100-110 mA/cm2.NEOW will decrease the corrosion of metal and be likely accepted because of its natural pH with 6-8.NEOW has the physical sterilizing effect because of its high reluctant-oxidant potential(ORP) with 600-800 mV.NEOW has the chemical sterilizing effect because of its available chlorine content(ACC) with 110-190 mg/L.
