摘要
在实验室条件下,通过菌丝生长速率法测定了精甲霜灵和噁霉灵复配剂对辣椒猝倒病菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)的联合毒力。结果表明:精甲霜灵和噁霉灵(质量比分别为1∶1、1∶3、1∶5、1∶7、1∶9)复配剂的共毒系数CTC值分别为93.96、115.27、137.66、116.73和107.54,综合增效作用和经济效益两方面考虑,二者1∶5配比最佳。
The combined toxicity of the mixed preparations of metalaxyl-M and hymexazol to Pythium aphanidermatum were tested in the laboratory by measuring mycelial growth rate.The results indicated that the CTC values of the mixtures with the mixing ratio of metalaxyl-M and hymexazol as 1﹕1,1﹕3,1﹕5,1﹕7 and 1﹕9 were 93.96,115.27,137.66,116.73 and 107.54,respectively.Among the five matching ratios,1﹕5 matching ratio of metalaxyl-M and hymexazol had the best additive effect,considering both the synergistic effect and the economic benefit.
