摘要
颚式破碎机是一种应用范围广泛的矿山机械。针对石材矿山每年产生大量废石无法处理的现状,可以采用大型颚式破碎机将废石破碎用作道渣或建筑骨料,以提高资源的综合利用。针对大型颚式破碎机的特点和实际使用工况,介绍了机电一体化技术在其中的应用。提出了动颚装配结构、轴承密封装置、组合机架和分体式颚板等结构设计上的改进方法。实践证明,这些改进具有可行性和实用性,有助于提高设备的寿命和可靠性。结果表明:使用这些改进设计的大型颚破的安装、使用和维修更加方便、快捷。
Jaw crusher is one of the most widely used equipment in mining machinery. The mechatronic technology applied in the design of large jaw crusher was introduced based on the features and the actual use conditions of it. The improved design about assemble structure of moving jaw, bear sealing equipment, combination rack and split jaw plate were proposed. The practice proved that the improved design had feasibility and practicality; it helps to improve equipment life and reliability also. The results indicated that these improved methods had tested by practical application and received the favorable comments from the customers.
