摘要
基于对西北地区高校图书馆文献资源分布现状及共建共享情况的调研与分析,探讨西北地区高校文献资源保障系统建设的必要性和存在的问题。认为现阶段要依托CALIS,通过筹措资金、资源协调、联机编目、特色文献深度开发、文献传递和馆际互借服务、专业培训,加快西北地区高校文献保障系统建设步伐,建立和完善面向西北地区终端用户的高校文献信息共享服务网络,服务于西北地区高等教育。
Based on the status quo of the distribution and sharing of academic literature in Northwest China, the author discusses the necessity and problems of building academic library ＆ information system in this region, and presents that it is necessary for us to rely on CALIS, through financing, coordination of resources, online Cataloging, special literature-depth development, document delivery and interlibrary loan services, professional training, expedite the steps of building the academic library and information system of university libraries in Northwest China, establishing and improving an end-user oriented academic information sharing service network to serve the Northwest regional academic development.
