钱曾与《读书敏求记》述略

Qianzeng and A Review on Record of Reading and Seeking Books

钱曾是清初著名的学者型藏书家、目录学家。他出身于名门,毕生以求书、藏书、读书、鉴赏、评论书为生存方式,藏书思想以"善读为善藏"为核心,他有"佞宋主人"之称,善于精钞宋元古本珍本,许多珍、善本图书得以保存下来。《读书敏求记》是他目录学著作的典型代表,在"版本体提要、善本书目、校勘思想、版本鉴定、文献学研究史料"诸方面,都极具学术价值。

Qianzeng was a famous scholastic collector and bibliographer in Qing Dynasty. Descended from a noble family, he was living a life of seeking books, collecting books, reading and appreciation. Book collection thought regards＂ good reading serves to good collecting＂ as its core. He had the reputation of being the＂ Eloquent Song Master＂ and was good at copy the ancient and rare books of Song and Yuan Dynasty, so that many rare books have been preserved. Record of Reading and Seeking Books is a typical representative of his catalogue works which has high academic value in the version summary, rare book bibliography, collating ideas, version identification, study of historical documentation science.
