工作内容量表在包头市医务人员中应用的信度与效度分析

A Reliability and Validity Analysis of Chinese Version of Job Content Questionnaire for Health Professionals

目的:测评工作内容量表(JCQ)在医护人员中应用的信度与效度。方法:应用工作内容量表中文版(JCQ),采取整群抽样的方法选择包头市三级甲等医院519名在职医护人员作为调查对象,于2009年3-6月间进行职业紧张状况调查,测评JCQ的信度和效度。结果:问卷有效回答率为96.34%。JCQ5个模块的同质信度Cronbach’sα系数在0.65～0.87,重测信度0.79～0.85;主成分分析方差最大正交旋转提取3个因子,3个因子的条目组成与JCQ量表4个模块组成一致。结论:JCQ在包头市医护人员中有较好的信度和效度。

Objective：To evaluate the reliability and validity of Job Content Questionnaire（JCQ） for health professionals.Methods：The Chinese version JCQ was used to measure the Occupational strain state of the doctors and nurses randomly sampled in groups from three provincial hospitals of Baotou（n = 519）,with the reliability and validith examined as well.Results：Response rate was 96.34 %.The internal consistency reliabilities（Cronbach＇s α） of the 5 dimensions ranged from 0.65 to 0.87.Test-retest reliability of the 5 dimensions ranged from 0.79 to 0.85.The factor analysis confirmed the construction validity of JCQ.Conclusion：The validity and reliability of JCQ are acceptable for doctors and nurses in Baotou.
