本文介绍了一个多功能舰艇导航设备集成电路温度及电子特性测试系统。首先根据测试需要,对测控硬件系统进行设计;然后根据功能要求设计参数设置、温度测控、模拟及数字信号产生等子程序,并实现了测试数据的采集与处理、报表生成等功能;最后,通过调试使该系统的各项功能达到要求,且运行效果好,测试效率高。
A multifunction test and control system for the integrated circuits of warship＇s navigation equipment is designed and accomplished on the basis of LabVIEW. Firstly, according to the testing requirements, hardware system is designed Then, the subprogram, such as parameter setup, temperature control and test, analog and digital signal generation are designed The function of acquiring and processing the testing data and report generation are realized. Finally, all the functions of the testing system can meet the requirement through repetitious debuggings, and effectiveness of test and control run well.
