中药外敷对慢性阻塞性肺病血气影响

Blood Influence and Clinical Observation of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察中药外敷对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的血气影响。方法:将300例患者随机分为2组。治疗组与对照组各150例。2组均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组合理选取背部两侧穴位,用中药制剂外敷,以达到刺灸的作用。结果:治疗组治愈50例,好转85例,无效15例,总有效率为90.00%。对照组治愈36例,好转87例,无效27例,总有效率为82.00%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血气改善结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药制剂外敷治疗COPD能有效改善血气结果。

Objective: To observe the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the blood of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: 300 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,150 patients in each group.Both 2 groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,but the treatment group was rationally chosen to apply the medicine in 2 points on both sides of the back,in order to achieve the role of thorns moxibustion.Results: Among 300 patients,50 in the treatment group were cured,85 improved and 15 were ineffective,with 90.00% of the total effective rate.36 patients in the control group were cured,87 improved,27 were ineffective,with 82.00% of the total effective rate.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the blood in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The external application of traditional Chinese medicine can improve blood results.
