舒阴洁栓质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard for Shuyinjieshuan

目的:建立舒阴洁栓(土茯苓、重楼、黄柏、苦参等)的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对苦参、黄柏、薄荷脑进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定蛇床子素的含量。结果:薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定的平均加样回收率为99.46%,RSD为0.63%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为舒阴洁栓的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a quality standard for Shuyinjieshuan(Smilax glabra,polyphylla,Phellodendron,Sophora,etc.).Methods: The thin layer chromatography was used to make the qualitative identification for flavescens,cork and menthol and the high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of osthole.Results: The TLC chromatographic spots were clear,negative control without interference.The average recovery of the determination was 99.46%,RSD=0.63%.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be used as a quality control for Shuyinjieshuan
