摘要
模具技术是衡量一个国家产品制造水平的重要标志之一。本文在对我国授权的模具相关专利查询分析的基础上,给出了模具专利类型、专利权人所属国家、以及国内地域分布,对我国模具行业如何加强专利的申请和利用提出了建议对策。
Die ＆ mold technology is one of the important marks that measuring a national product manufacture level. Based on the comparison of the die ＆ mold relevant patent authorization search analysis, mold patent type, the patentee respective countries, and domestic regional distribution of our country were introduced, proposed countermeasures about mold industry how to strengthen the patent applications and utilization.
