The Application of CAE Technology in Improving Warping of Mobile Telephone's Middle Frame

以一款手机中框作为案例进行分析。由于设计初期没有进行CAE分析,生产中出现中框翘曲变形超差,通过利用Moldex3D软件进行成型模拟,针对不同设计方案对比分析,找出便捷的模具维修方法,解决了手机中框翘曲的问题。

This paper analyzed the case of a mobile telephone middle frame mold by using Moldex3D. Because the CAE analysis was not done in the earlier design, the middle frame warping and deformation exceeding tolerance occurred in production. By using Moldex3D to mould simulate, comparing and analyzing different design schemes, a convenient repairing method was found out, and the warping problem of middle frame was solved.
