摘要
覆盖件设计和制造过程中大量运用了CAD技术,不同部门还可能使用不同的CAD系统。CAD数据在不同CAD系统中传递时,时常会伴随着各种缺陷的产生,严重影响后续设计和生产的进行。本文总结了CAD系统中型面缺陷形成原因和类型,并通过UG二次开发的方法,开发出一个缺陷修复模块,实现了覆盖件型面缺陷检测和修复的功能。
The processes of panel designing and manufacturing make extensive use of CAD technology, different departments may use different CAD systems. CAD data exchange among different CAD systems often accompanied by the formation of various defects which seriously affect the following design and production. This paper summarizes the causes and types of defects in the CAD system, developed a defect repair module for defect detecting and repairing by using UG further development.
