头盔外壳产品是一典型多重同种要素的成型案例。根据模具结构方案3种分析方法的原理,可采用一种刚性袋压成型的工艺方法,而模具则需要采用多个分型面对存在"障碍体"的型芯、型腔型面进行多次分模的结构。只有如此才能够确保头盔外壳顺利地成型与脱模以及型芯、型腔能进行正常地分模,并可确保头盔外壳的质量达到技术要求。
The helmet shell is a typical molding product with multiple elements. According to the three analyses of mold structure, rigid bags molding process, which uses multiple parting surface to demould the convex, concave mold surface that exists "the barrier" for several times, may be adopted. Only then we can make the helmet shell be shaped smoothly and demould the convex, concave mold successfully, and ensure the quality of helmet shell meets the technical requirements
