摘要
研究了干磨和湿磨、不同磨削进给量和砂轮种类等工艺条件对Cr12钢磨削硬化效果的影响。结果表明在干磨状态下,使用碳化硅砂轮在磨削进给量为0.04mm时,磨削硬化效果最好。磨削硬化层的最大硬度为1,414HV,比基体硬度805HV提高了约75%。
The influence of ground harden process of Crl2 steel is studied by different cooling process, cutting depth and grinding wheel. The result shows that no cooling liquid, using SiC grinding wheel and 0.04 mm cutting depth can produce the best harden effect.
