摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、个案研究法,以浙江省竞技体育后备人才培养的资源条件为基础,对竞技体育后备人才培养模式、机制进行分析整理,将其模式主要归纳为四种:教体结合模式,"三位一体"模式,职业化模式和社会化模式,并在此基础上,结合个人家庭模式设计出浙江省竞技体育后备人才共育模式的框架。
This paper used research methods of literature consultation method,interview method,questionnaire method,case-study approach,based on resources of sports reserve talented,and made an analysis for training mode and the mechanism of Zhejiang province sports reserve talented.The model can be summarized as four types: combine sports and teaching,trinity mode,professional model and socialization model,base on these,combine with family patterns to design a co-education mechanism of raise sports reserve talented of Zhejiang Province.
