浙江省竞技体育后备人才培养共育机制研究

Study on Co-education Mechanism of Raise Sports Reserve Talents of Zhejiang Province

采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、个案研究法,以浙江省竞技体育后备人才培养的资源条件为基础,对竞技体育后备人才培养模式、机制进行分析整理,将其模式主要归纳为四种:教体结合模式,"三位一体"模式,职业化模式和社会化模式,并在此基础上,结合个人家庭模式设计出浙江省竞技体育后备人才共育模式的框架。

This paper used research methods of literature consultation method,interview method,questionnaire method,case-study approach,based on resources of sports reserve talented,and made an analysis for training mode and the mechanism of Zhejiang province sports reserve talented.The model can be summarized as four types： combine sports and teaching,trinity mode,professional model and socialization model,base on these,combine with family patterns to design a co-education mechanism of raise sports reserve talented of Zhejiang Province.
