摘要
采用规范研究范式,通过对职业认同和职业生涯规划概念的辨析,在此基础上分析了职业认同与职业规划的影响因素,进而从核心自我评价-目标自我和谐-应对行为的逻辑路径,构建了普通高校体育教师职业认同与职业规划关系的理论模型,旨在为高校体育教师职业生涯发展提供新的思路和途径。
Through choosing the normative research paradigm,Based on the conception of professional identity and career planning,the paper analyzes influencial factors of professional identity and career planning,By using the method of core self-evaluation-goal self-concordance-behavior,the theoretical model of the relationship between professional identity and career planning is built to help the college physical education teacher enhance them embers' career planning.
