摘要
采用调查法、实验法与数理统计等方法,针对大学女生失眠症的特征,采取瑜伽体疗实验,得出:①经过12周瑜伽体疗后,大学女生PSQI总均分从8.37土4.00分下降为2.84±1.8分,且存在显著差异(P<0.05);实验后女生的痊愈率为60%,有效率为100%,说明女生的睡眠得到彻底改善,瑜伽体疗的疗效明显。②影响大学女生睡眠质量的主要因素是睡眠环境、学习压力、情绪不稳定、人际关系、烦恼无人倾诉、经济压力、生活习惯等,睡眠质量直接影响大学女生的身心健康,失眠时常伴有情绪障碍、记忆力降低,严重者可损害认知功能,甚至,出现行为紊乱。瑜伽体疗是一种治疗大学女生失眠症的有效方法。
In this paper,investigation,experimentation and mathematical statistics and so on,for the characteristics of female college students with insomnia,taking yoga physical therapy experiment,drawn: 1.After 12 weeks of yoga physical therapy,the college girls PSQI total average soil from the 8.37 4.00 dropped to 2.84±1.8 points,there are significant differences(P 0.05);experiment recovery was 60% for girls,insomnia rate was 100%,indicating sleep girls thoroughly improve the efficacy of therapeutic yoga obvious.2.Affecting college girls are the main factors of sleep quality sleep environment,learning,stress,emotional instability,interpersonal relationships,worry no one to talk,economic stress,life habits,sleep quality and physical and mental health directly affect students,insomnia is often associated with emotional problems,memory reduction may be severe impairment of cognitive function,or even,behavioral disorders,yoga physical therapy is an effective method of treatment of female college students with insomnia.
