浅析英国大学自主式学风管理模式

An Analysis of Management Modes for Autonomous Study Styles in the Universities in Britain

英国大学教育历史悠久,其特点决定了英国大学通过对学生进行自主式管理,从而培养学生正确的学习动机并推进学风建设。通过分析英国大学对学生自主式管理的特点和手段措施,并与当前中国大学学风建设的特点进行对比,提出中国高校应当建立"以学生为中心"的管理模式,改变学生的学习动机并形成良好的学风。

University education in Britain witnesses a long-standing history. Its characteristics contributes to autonomous management of the students in the Universities in Britain, which helps develop the students ＇positive learning motivation, and facilitate study style construction. In light of analysis of the features and approaches of the autonomous management of the students in the Universities in Britain ,along with its comparison with the features of the study style construction in the Universities in China, the article argues that student-centered autonomous management should be developed in the Universities in China in an effort to change students＇learning motivation and develop their excellent study styles.
