纵观海内外对蔡锷的研究,多偏重军事、政治等方面,几无从宪政的角度观察蔡锷之思想者。总结蔡氏对军人、政党、总统与宪政之关系,可发现蔡锷强调宪政对于建立强大中央政权的作用;政党政治要有力地服务于宪政。

From the research of the Cai＇E both at home and abroad,which shows it is more discussion form the aspect of military and political and than form the Constitutionalism when discuss about the thinker Cai＇E.It is easy to find that Cai＇E put more emphasize on the influence of Constitutionalism in establishing the central government when you conclude the relationship of Military,Party,President and Constitutionalism.He also consider that the Party and the President should service for the Constitutionalism.
