摘要
目的:采用HPLC测定活血安痛酒中隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(80∶20);检测波长:270 nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1 ml/min。结果:隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的进样量分别在0.032~0.320μg(r=0.999 6,n=6)、0.048~0.480μg(r=0.999 4,n=6)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。隐丹参酮的平均回收率为101.22%,RSD为2.65%;丹参酮ⅡA的平均回收率为98.74%,RSD为2.87%。结论:该法简捷、稳定、可靠,可作为有效控制活血安痛酒质量的参考指标。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Cryptotanshinone and Tanshinone ⅡA in Huoxue Antong Wine by HPLC.Methods:The sample was separated on Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was ethanol-water(80∶20) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results:The calibration carves were linear in the range of 0.032-0.320 μg for Cryptotanshinone(r=0.999 6,n=6) and 0.048-0.480 μg for Tanshinone ⅡA(r=0.999 4,n=6).The average recoveries of Cryptotanshinone were 101.22% with a RSD of 2.65%.The average recoveries of Tanshinone ⅡA were 98.74% with a RSD of 2.87%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can offer reference for the quality control of Huoxue Antong Wine.
