高效液相法测定其米德-色仁斯勒中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的含量

Content determination of Costunolide and Dehydrocostus lactone in Qimide-serensile Powder by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相法测定其米德-色仁斯勒中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯含量的方法。方法:采用迪马C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(62∶38),流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:225 nm。结果:线性范围为0.1～1.0μg(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.3%、100.3%。RSD均为0.7%。结论:该法便捷、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可以控制该药的质量。

Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of Costunolide and Dehydrocostus lactone in Qimide-serensile Powder by HPLC.Methods：Dikma C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was used with methanol-water（62：38） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The content was detected at wavelength of 225 nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1-1.0 μg（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery rate was 99.3% and 100.3% with the two RSD was all 0.7%.Conclusion：The method is accurate and reliable,suitable for the quality control.
