摘要
介绍了聚氯乙烯(PVC)木塑复合材料的生产工艺,研究了植物纤维的用量对PVC木塑复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,植物纤维的添加质量分数为60%~70%时,PVC木塑复合材料的综合力学性能最好。
The production process of plant/PVC composite(WPC) is introduced. The effects of the content of the plant fibre are studied. The results show that the overall property is optimal when the content of plant fibre ranges 60%-70%.
