教育公平,是指公民的受教育权能够通过制度性的保障而公平地得以实现的一种社会权利分配状态,它是社会公平在受教育权方面的具体表现。受教育权可以分解为学习机会权、学习条件权、学习成功权三个子权利,从微观上看,教育公平表现为社会个体享有的三个子权利的公平;从宏观上看,教育公平则体现为社会群体在教育资源竞争过程中的公平。

Educational equity refers to the fair allocation of the right to education with system guarantee.Educational equity is the concrete embodiment of the social equity in the right to education.The right to education can be divided into three categories,including the right to studying opportunities,the right to fair studying conditions,and the right to success in study.From micro perspective,educational equity consists of the equities enjoyed by individuals in all the three categories.From macro perspective,educational equity is mainly about the equity that social groups have in sharing educational sources.
