摘要
高校深化岗位设置与聘用制度改革工作,不仅是高校人事制度的重大改革和创新的内在需要,也是高校实现自身发展目标的紧迫要求,但在实施过程中也遇到了诸多困惑,需要引起重视并着手解决。
