目前我省欠发达地区高职教育存在起步晚、底子薄;数量少、招生规模小;办学特色缺乏,教学质量不高等问题,其本质是高等教育资源分配不均的问题,是发展进程中的问题,只能通过加快发展来解决。必须充分认识我省欠发达地区高职院校实现加快发展的重要战略意义;加大政策支持倾斜力度,加强省级政府统筹和社会参与力度;坚定不移地走产学研结合的办学道路,才能真正解决我省欠发达地区高职教育发展问题。

Such problems as starting late, fewer enrollments, lack of features and low teaching qualities still exist in higher vocational education in some underdevelopment areas in Fujian the malapportion of educational resources, which is a barrier in the course of d solved through quickening the developing paces. We should fully recognize province. The crucial problem evelopment and which can only the important strategic meaning quickening the development, strengthen the financial support, and reinforce the whole plan at the provincial govemment level as well as the participation of social groups. We should firmly adhere to the road of integrating production, learning and research, which will factually solve the problems in the underdeveloped areas in Fujian province.
